Julien has 20 years of experience in General Management, Business Development, Project & Construction Management in the oil & gas industry, in Africa, Middle East and Europe.

As Managing Director for Mozambique, Julien is in charge of the business and operations for Technip Energies in the Country. He also supports growth perspectives within Eastern Africa Region.

Julien holds a Master’s Degree from Paris Sud French University in Electronics and Telecommunication, an Engineer Degree from ESTP French engineering school specialized in Infrastructure and Project Management, and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris Business school, in Administration and General Management.
